How it works?
Begin with an Initial Bootcamp
In the first two lessons, your child will be introduced to the basics of coding, allowing us to assess their needs.
Private lessons with a Horizon Teacher
Your child will learn individually with a dedicated teacher, learning and creating coding projects.
New & fun project each month
Every four weeks, your child will develop their own game or animation and learn how to personalise it according to their own design preferences.
Develop coding skills & knowledge
Each lesson will progressively enhance your child's grasp of fundamental coding principles, including variables, loops, coordinates and functions.
What we use?
Block-based projects are done on Scratch. It's great for beginners as it feels like assembling puzzle pieces to create programs, making the learning process simple and interactive.
Text-based projects are done in JavaScript (using the p5.js platform). This is for more advanced learning, teaching students a highly important and widely-used programming language, providing them with essential skills for the future.
